As a Nutritional Therapist I tailor the protocol and recommendations specifically for you. All my recommendations take into account your unique health journey, your health goals, and your dietary preferences.
Because everyone is unique, nutritional therapy focuses on the underlying root causes, rather than treating the symptoms. One person with the same condition may have similar symptoms but the underlying cause may be very different, therefore the protocol for healing may be different.

All packages start with an online medical questionnaire and a 7 day diet diary which you will complete each week.
You will have an app to download onto your phone, which allows you to keep in touch and access your protocol at any time.
I can order a range of laboratory testing for further investigation if needed.

This will encompass dietary adjustments, exploration of new foods, lifestyle enhancements, and straightforward self-care practices.
