These things take time

A tailored approach to your needs and goals, with support and guidance every step of the way.

Sustainable change 1:1 support

Discover the best version of you with a bespoke nutrition and wellness programme designed to help you reconnect with your body, build a positive relationship with food, and feel your best from the inside out.

A personalised approach, built around you

My 1:1 programme brings together nutrition, and behavioural science to support you in building a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and your body.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all plan, we work together to understand your individual needs, experiences and goals. From there, we create a personalised approach that feels practical, realistic and sustainable in your everyday life.

Drawing on my training and experience across nutritional counselling, health psychology, behaviour change, coaching and therapeutic approaches our work looks beyond food alone. Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviours and patterns that may be influencing your relationship with food and your body.

The aim is not perfection or another set of rules to follow. It is to help you develop greater understanding, confidence and flexibility around food, reconnect with your body, and create meaningful changes that can last.

How it works

5 simple steps to supported nutritional health and wellbeing

1. Book your free discovery call

Your journey starts with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call.

This is an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been happening for you, what you’d like support with and what you hope to achieve.

I’ll explain how I work and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and decide whether the programme feels right for you.

It’s important that you receive the right level of support. If I feel that your needs would be better met by a different service or specialist, I’ll be open about this and help guide you towards appropriate support.

2. Your initial assessment

Once you’re ready to begin, we’ll start with a comprehensive 60–90 minute assessment.

This gives us the time and space to really understand you — your health and wellbeing, your relationship with food and your body, your eating patterns and behaviours, and any food rules, beliefs or thought patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

We’ll also talk about what you would like life to look and feel like beyond these struggles, so that the programme we create together reflects what really matters to you.

3. Your bespoke programme

6 month nutritional therapy package

From your assessment, we’ll create a personalised programme together that reflects your individual needs, challenges and goals.

You’ll have a 45-minute online session with me each week, alongside ongoing support between sessions so you don’t feel as though you have to navigate difficult moments alone.

Our work may explore nutrition, thoughts and behaviours around food, body image, lifestyle, relationships and social situations with the focus changing as you progress.

There is no rigid template or one-size-fits-all plan. Your programme evolves with you, so the support you receive remains relevant, realistic and manageable in your everyday life.

Investment: £425 per month.

4. Additional specialist support when you need it

Sometimes the best support involves more than one professional.

I work alongside a trusted network of experienced eating disorder and healthcare professionals. If at any stage I feel you could benefit from additional specialist input, we can discuss this together and I can recommend or refer you to an appropriate professional.

This means your care isn’t limited to one approach and, where needed, we can make sure you have the right expertise around you.

5. Becoming confident without me

The ultimate goal of our work together is not for you to need ongoing support forever.

As you begin to feel more confident around food and your body, we’ll gradually create more space between sessions, perhaps moving from weekly appointments to fortnightly and eventually monthly check-ins.

We’ll focus on consolidating everything you’ve learned, recognising early warning signs and developing strategies to help you navigate setbacks without feeling as though you’re back at the beginning.

The aim is for you to leave feeling equipped to move forward with greater freedom, confidence and trust in yourself and with the tools to protect the progress you’ve made long after our sessions have finished.

FAQs

Do you work with clients online or only in Warwickshire

I work with clients both online across the UK and in person in Warwickshire. Online support works really well for gut health and food relationship work and gives you flexibility around appointments.

Can you help if I’ve had tests and been told everything is “normal”?

Yes – many clients come to me after being told their results are normal but they still don’t feel well. We take a deeper, whole-person look at what could be driving your symptoms.

Do I need a diagnosis like IBS, other digestive issues or eating disorders to work with you?

No. You don’t need a diagnosis to get support. If you’re struggling with gut symptoms, food anxiety or ongoing digestive issues, we can explore what’s going on together.

How do I know if working with a nutritional therapist is right for me?

That’s why I offer a free discovery call. It gives you space to talk things through, ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit – no pressure to commit.
